I’ve had it.
This has got me seriously thinking about making my own cat food again. It’s seems that every time I check, they’ve added a new pet food brand to the List of Death. Every time I open a can of Friskies for Siofra I wonder if she’s going to survive her meal.
I used to make cat food. I followed the excellent recipes to be found in this book. I made my own cat food for several years when I lived in California. It really wasn’t all that difficult and my cats loved it. I had the satisfaction of knowing exactly what was going into their bellies and they had beautiful shiny fur and clear bright eyes.
If you have cats or dogs, check the list (it’s a pdf file) and keep checking it. Better yet, maybe consider making your own if you are so inclined.
