Christmas Eve

It’s been a long time since I’ve written anything. At first it was because I wasn’t feeling well emotionally (because of some trouble at work) and physically (probably for the same reason). Things improved considerably and I achieved a much better frame of mind. At that point, it was simply because I had fallen out of the habit of writing and found it difficult to start it up again.
So, cheers to all my family and friends and to any of you who are still checking here to see if I’m finally writing again.
The shopping is done, the cards were sent out, the gift-wrapping is finished and we have more chocolate and other treats in the house than we could ever possibly finish by ourselves. We’re feeling warm and happy and the future is looking very good indeed.
I hope that your Christmas weekend has been as fun and relaxing as ours has been.
