Anticipation

I am waiting for my copy of Deathly Hallows to arrive from Amazon.
I’m a bit nervous, because I have still not received an email from Amazon that my book has shipped, and when I check my order history page there is absolutely no reference to the book at all. But there is a charge on my bank account, for whatever that’s worth.
Anyway, it’s only noon. There’s still time. If the book doesn’t arrive by tonight, we are going to go out and see if we can find a copy to buy. I won’t bother with the major bookstores, but I have a few idea of places where I can find a copy if I need to.
I hate waiting.
