Cat Alarm Clock

That’s my cat!!! For the past few weeks he’s been waking up at 4am and thinking I need to be awake too. He doesn’t pull at my ear, instead he likes to bat my nose. That wouldn’t be a problem if he didn’t have 840 majillion sharp toenails. If I can get a hold of him I can usually wrestle him under the covers and coax us both back to sleep… for 20 minutes or so. If tapping doesn’t work, Mister Pisser has discovered that the master bathroom is an amazing yowling amplifier. He’ll stand in the bathroom and shriek at the top of his lungs. I know the neighbors can hear him.

I don’t need an alarm clock… I have an alarm cat.

I’m glad you found this video. I stumbled upon it and bookmarked it a couple of weeks ago and have chuckled every time I’ve watched it. Did you notice all the cat toys strewn on the floor around the bed?

Oh yes. One of the first things that made me giggle was all the cat toys. It looks like my house. I try to corral them into a single basket, but Siofra likes them better spread all over the floor, of course.
