Things I Know for Certain

No matter how bad you may feel, there is someone who feels worse. No matter how difficult life may seem to you, there is someone for whom it is much more difficult.
A good husband (or wife) is a blessing from God. If you have one, you are lucky. Treasure them.
You can never cause a neighbor behave like a decent person, no matter what you say, do or think. It’s a waste of your time and energy to even think about them. Ignore them, and find ways to get away from them.
If you have need of earplugs, invest in the best. You’ll be glad you did.
Stress can make you sick. It is very important to pray, meditate or do whatever you need to do to remove stress from your body.
Holding a purring cat can heal emotional pain. (Even if they are a brat most of the rest of the time).
No matter how depressed you may feel, go for walks, stretch, meditate and make sure to eat regular meals (even if they are very small). Fight the urge to sleep all day. Let yourself cry if you need to, but keep fighting. You are better and stronger than whatever it is that’s depressing you. Don’t forget that.
